# Athletes cool off in ice baths as London hots up

Forecasters expect the warm weather to continue this week, predicting temperatures could climb above 31C ? hotter than Honolulu, Hawaii. 

South African swimmer Graeme Moore tweeted a picture of himself in a large Jacuzzi-style bathtub with three teammates. 1,? he tweeted. 

However, one follower was quick to call the athletes relaxed smiles into question, claiming: ?There’s NO way that’s ice? wouldn’t be smiling like that #justsaying? 

British gymnast Beth Tweddle tweeted 1 of Rebecca Tunney, the youngest and shortest member of the British team, standing in a more modestly-sized ice bath. 

Tunney is pictured smiling with the only bath accessories a British Olympian needs ? Team GB rubber ducks. 

But not all ice baths come with such ease, as demonstrated by the visible discomfort of 1 and two team mates in the freezing water of a Loughborough University ice bath. 

Pictured squirming in the ice bath at his pre-Games training camp, fellow fencer James Honeybone offers little sympathy to Rosowsky, describing the ordeal ironically as ?1.?

Honeybone later posted 1 in which he teaches Rosowsky a novel method to endure the extreme chill ? handclapping. Now that?s teamwork.
