# Cambria hotel signed for Seattle

Choice Hotels International signs an agreement with real estate group Ariel Development for the construction of a Cambria hotel and suites in Seattle, Washington, US.  
Scheduled to open in late 2017, the 112-room Cambria hotel and suites will be situated at 1915 Third Ave in the Belltown neighbourhood.
