InterContinental?Hotels Group signs a management agreement with Beijing-based development company Ausbao for a new 160-room Crowne Plaza hotel in Sydney?s CBD.  
Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour is near the new Sydney International Convention Centre.
