# Germany's hotel market preparing for bankers' run

After #Brexit tens of thousands British bank employees would move to Germany. In Frankfurt, however, they will proceed selling financial products in the EU. If Great Britain is leaving the EU, banks would lose permissions to distribute their services on the European continent.

In Frankfurt, where is the European Central Bank headquartered, more aparthotels and boardinghouses will be needed. Luxury apartments with fully-equipped kitchenettes and five-star concierge services are adequate for pay-prepared financial workers from London. I.e. 1 is one this luxury serviced apartment hotels.

Boardinghouse investors and management companies now analyse hotels markets during a conference in Berlin.

For hotel operators, the bankers’ run to Frankfurt brings great opportunities.
