BETHESDA, Md., June 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ –?Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) announced that its board of directors authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company’s common stock, an increase of approximately 17% from the previous quarter and the Company’s sixth consecutive quarterly dividend increase.? The dividend is payable on July 16, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012.
