CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apr. 3, 2013–  
Hyatt Hotels Corporation (?Hyatt? or the ?Company?) (NYSE: H) announced  
today that it will release first quarter 2013 financial results on  
Wednesday, May 1, 2013, before the stock market opens.

 Hyatt management will host an investor conference call at 10:30 a.m.  
(Central time) to discuss financial results and business outlook. The  
Company requests that questions be submitted via email to earnings@hyatt.com  
by 9:00 a.m. (Central time). Hyatt management will read and respond to
