# Luxury Yacht Hotel to open in 2014

1Stationed in the Ocean Village Marina,?*Sunborn Gibraltar*?features 189 guest rooms, 90% of them with outdoor space. The yacht hotel is 465 feet long and has a height of seven stories. It includes a casino, Spa and fitness center, cocktail lounges, fine dining restaurants and a lavish ballroom. The elegant guest accommodations feature panoramic views and the latest technology.

The yacht hotel concept has everything a person needs to enjoy a vacation. But there is also easy access to the beautiful surrounding area. Shopping, excursions and nightlife are a short walk from the yacht.

*Sunborn Gibraltar*?is the first five-star yacht hotels, with moorings planned in London and Barcelona, and projects under development in Europe, the USA, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Russia.
