Morgan Stanley is bullish on Accor’s “asset-light” model Morgan Stanley and raises the company to “overweight” on radical restructuring.

Accor is transforming to an asset-light hotelier by selling the majority of its owned and leased hotels, Morgan Stanley says, adding this leaves a high margin, capex-light operator with long-term management/franchise contracts.
