Nash Finch Company (NASDAQ: NAFC), one of the leading food distribution  
companies in the United States, today announced financial results for  
the twelve weeks (fourth quarter) and fiscal year ended December 29,  
2012.

 Total Company sales for the fourth quarter 2012 were $1.136 billion  
compared to $1.148 billion in the prior-year quarter, a decrease of
