 MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jul. 19, 2012–  
Nash Finch Company (NASDAQ: NAFC), one of the leading food distribution  
companies in the United States, today announced financial results for  
the twelve weeks (second quarter) ended June 16, 2012.

 Financial Results  
Total Company  
sales for the second quarter 2012 were $1.09 billion compared to $1.10  
billion in the prior-year quarter, a decrease of 0.6%. The acquisition  
of twelve Bag ?N Save stores during the second quarter of 2012  
contributed to a net increase in total Company sales of $13.0 million,
