1Scheduled to open March 25th, this eatery and wine tasting lounge specializes in wine flights and seasonal bites that showcase the diversity of flavors in Sonoma County. It delivers two distinct customer experiences: The Tasting Lounge offers a mix-and-match approach to bites and flights and The Flight Club provides a signature series of curated wine and food pairings that put you squarely in our Chef?s hands. Each dish is inspired by the vast collection of Kendall-Jackson wines.
The name, Partake, invites guests to immerse themselves in the expertly crafted wine and food experiences designed to satisfy the curious and thirsty. Organic vegetables, fruits and herbs from the winery?s acclaimed gardens and orchards take center stage on the menu. The enticing Sonoma County culinary focus includes estate-grown olive and grapeseed oils with breads made from grapeskin flours as well as delicious small plates of artisan cheeses, fresh produce and sustainably-raised meats.
