**Jakarta** **, February 13th 2012** ? After only one year under operation POP! Hotel Teuku Umar Denpasar ? Bali was short listed in the 9th Annual Budgie$ & Travel Awards in the category Best Economy Hotel which was announced last January 2012.

The Budgie$ and Travel Awards have been created to recognize the leaders, innovators, creative talents, and pioneers in Asia?s low cost travel industry ? from airlines, hotels, online travel agencies and more.

?It is a special moment for our newly launched brand especially as POP! Hotel Teuku Umar Denpasar ? Bali is our very first POP! hotel,? said Irene Janti ? Director of Operations POP! Hotels, ?We were not yet named as winner but being the number two in ?The Best Economy hotel? category in Asia is a milestone for us.?
