# Preferred Hotels adds four properties in Asia

Preferred Hotels & Resorts adds four properties in Asia ? including its first Legend collection hotels in Bali and Shanghai. They are:  
\* The 58-key Katamama, scheduled to open in spring 2016, is the first Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection property in Bali.  
\* The 193-key Wanda Reign On The Bund, scheduled to open in autumn 2016 as the first Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection property in Shanghai.  
\* Klapsons The River Residences Bangkok, with 77 serviced and private residences situated more than 23 floors above the Chao Praya River.  
\* The 313-key WEIL Hotel ? Ipoh, Malaysia, a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle Collection.
