# Share Fairmont San Jose Names Lisa Ares Director of Operations

Lisa Ares has been promoted to director of operations at the 805-room Fairmont San Jose. She formerly was Rooms Division Director at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

Ares ?brings keen insight into the services and amenities most prized by the global traveler and I am confident she will help further guide our prominent hotel to new heights of luxury and guest satisfaction,? said Kelley Cosgrove, general manager of The Fairmont San Jose.
