Snow in Paris - Return to normal operations
Air France flight operations today resumed as normal. Air France expects to operate all its flights.
As access to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport may still be difficult, Air France advises all its customers to take the necessary precautions before leaving for the airport.
The extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) on 12 and 13 March made baggage loading and delivery very difficult and much slower than usual.
Air France regrets this situation and is doing all it can to deliver baggage to its customers as quickly as possible:
- More than 500 people are mobilized
- A dedicated “baggage information” telephone number is available in France: 09 70 80 88 16
- All the commercial measures taken to deliver baggage is available online at www.airfrance.fr
