Summit Hotel Properties (NYSE: INN) (?the Company?) today announced that it will release second quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, August 9, 2012, after the market closes. The company also announced that it will host a conference call to discuss its financial results at 9:00 AM EDT on Friday, August 10, 2012\.
