# Thai developer in US$1.5b expansion

*Bangkok, Thailand – 12 September 2017 –*   
Thai real estate developer Singha Estate plans to invest 50 billion baht (US$1.5 billion) by 2020, says CEO Naris Cheyklin.

It will invest in hotels, luxury condominiums and residences in Thailand and abroad. 

It will partner with Hard Rock International Hotel Group in the Maldives for a mixed-use development.
