VALENCIA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sep. 28, 2012–  
Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: WAIR), a leading provider of  
comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace  
industry, today announced the pricing by certain employees and former  
employees of the underwritten offering of 1,800,000 shares of its common  
stock at a price to the public of $13.65 per share. Settlement of the  
offering is expected to occur on October 3, 2012\. The shares are being  
sold to cover a portion of the employees? tax liability resulting from
