Born in Schwerin in Northern Germany, he’s already active from the renowned Raphael Group (9 hotels) as a front office manager and deputy director, and it has proven his value. After more than 35 years, general manager Ursula Heiter-Lamczyk will retire at the end of the season – and also Lembke will succeed her. He’s worked particularly to accomplish this.

After coaching as a hotel specialist at the Best Western Seehotel Frankenhorst Schwerin, Lembke finished an Associate’s degree in hotel management in the Hotel Fachschule Hamburg (focused on international hotel management). Further career stations were, among others, at the A-ja resort Warnemünde, Iberotel Fleesensee, East Hotel Hamburg and Arcotel Onyx Hamburg.
