An impressive figure ? for the 15th time, Accor Brazil has been recognized for its employee-friendly policies in the prestigious “Great Place to Work” ranking. A fine reward based on independent research conducted with employees!

At the awards ceremony in Sao Paulo (Brazil) on Monday August 13, 2012, Roland de Bonadona, Chief Operating Officer Accor Latin America, did not hide his satisfaction when Accor was announced as the 8th best company to work in the country. “This award shows just how well we are on track in continuing to provide a workplace environment known for its excellence, that recognizes the value of its employees and encourages initiative. The award also reflects the degree of trust our employees have in the Group. Indeed, Accor is determined to recognize its employees’ work and offer them genuine career opportunities, taking care to preserve work-life balance at the same time. We make up a big family that obtains excellent results with enthusiasm and motivation, and whose goal continues to be to open new frontiers in hospitality.”

Another success for Accor in the region ? one month ago it announced acquisition of the South-American hotel portfolio of Grupo Posadas, adding another 29 hotels to its network, including 14 in the pipeline.
