Until end of the month, Accor expect first feedback of talks for sale of its real-estate investment branch HotelInvest. COO Laurent Picheral revealed in an interview with Hospitality Leaders, “We have first interest and still searching long-term partners.”
Goal is to sell a stake of HotelInvest for up to 6.6 bn Euros. All hotels for sale will remain operated by AccorHotels binded with 50-years-management contracts.
