Jo & Joe is a design work of the millennials consultants to Accor CEO Sébastien Bazin. They tried to merge basic accommodation criteria with ultra-modern lifestyle and communication behaviors.

Young guests – main target group are the so-called Millennials aged 20-35 – could choose between ‘Happy Floors’ apartments while sharing living and bath room and ‘Yours’ private rooms for 1-5 persons. At the ‘OOO – Out of the Ordinary’ accommodation concept, guests will sleep in hammocks, tents or caravans.

The food concept focuses on barbecue (steaks and vegetables), some stir-fry specialties and, of course, pizza. Groups could also use common kitchens.-

Booking and chatting should be done by an own Jo & Joe app. Staff of the hotels should try to create good mood as community and event managers.

First Jo & Joe hotels are planned for Paris, Bordeaux, Warsaw, Budapest, Rio and Sao Paulo.
