Accor to sell HotelInvest division - Hotels for 6.6bn Euros

1Next big business – Accor is to sell the majority of it’s HotelInvest division for 6.6bn Euros, Europe’s leading hotel chain announced today.

The so-called Booster project is to confirm the sale until early summer this year. Advisors are real-estate experts of JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas. The polish hotel chain Orbit will be not included, a press releases stated.

Accor has entered into discussions with potential partners. In the last month, Chinese tourism conglomerate HNA was interested to its stake in the company.
