Accor has signed a?partnership with the management hospitality school ?Ecole H?teli?re de Lausanne??which has several objectives:?strengthening the quality of education?of the school with the expertise Accor,?enriching the best practices between the two partners?and?facilitating the integration of the graduates?in the Accor Group. Both parties agreed to welcome 25 trainees and position 20 posts for the graduates each year in Accor.

A program called “Year Accor” has been created for the Promotion 2012. The students have been welcomed in the context of a?Welcome Day?at the school on September the 18th,?in the presence of Paul Dubrule, G?rard P?lisson, Denis Hennequin and the Group executives.?Some study rooms have been named for this purpose and bear the colors of the Group’s brands.

Throughout the partnership,?content and course materials on Revenue Management?will also bedeveloped with the expertise Accor. An?Accor learning center?also?aims to be created?on the long-term to make available?all the research conducted by the two entities. Both partners agree on the possibility of cooperation on future projects.?The agreement was signed for 5 years?from that date and will be renewed thereafter from year to year.
