Air France, KLM, Alitalia and Delta are launching today "AgentConnect.biz", the new joint website dedicated to travel agents. This website provides them with the necessary tools and information to meet customer requirements, 24/7.

Originally launched in 8 countries in Northern Europe, (Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Denmark, Sweden), AgentConnect.biz replaces afkl.biz and will be rolled out in 2013 throughout the world. 
This new interactive website provides easy and immediate access to general information and characteristics of each country. It facilitates the work of travel agents who can find all the essential information and tools needed to better serve the customers of the 4 airlines.
It provides travel agents with access to all the essential information and tools to better serve the customers of all four airlines. For them it is a guarantee of autonomy for the benefit of their customers.

This section is adjusted to the needs of each travel agent and enables them to manage their profile, find the contact details of airlines, search for information, book tickets and take part in quizzes.
