Beatrice Gallo awarded Receptionist of the year 2017

Best receptionist worldwide is Beatrice Gallo – The front desk woman of the Connaught hotel London won the David Campbell Trophy last night in Paris. Every year, the association of receptionists, the 1, awards the best among 17 finalist.

Beatrice is a multi-language young lady – Italian father, Spanisch mother, grown up in the UK – and has been awarded with several honors in the last year. In December last year, she won the UK receptionist of 2016 award.
The international competition of AICR war hard enough. The best of the best are usually close together with their service qualities. Only some details in handling complaints and how to give an extra glimpse what hotel guests really need decide on some more points of the jury.

Joint second runners up are Priyanka Dayal Sharma from CityLife Hotel in New Zealand and Katherine Emily Day from Côte d’Azur, France
Runner up is Emily Short from Doma hotels in Australia.
Next international ROTY competition will be held in January 2018 in Zurich, Switzerland.
