Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Michael D. Welly general manager for Eaglewood Resort & Spa, a Benchmark Resort? located in Northwest Chicago. Greg Champion, executive vice president and COO, make the announcement.

Mr. Welly attended Ohio State University and has been active in a number of charitable organizations, including the YMCA Foundation and the Argus All Star Children?s Foundation. He and his wife are relocating to the Chicagoland area.
