InterContinental Hotels Group announces the signing of Hotel Indigo Berlin City ? East Side.
The new-build hotel, owned by Anschutz Entertainment Group, will operate under a franchise agreement with multiple development agreement partner Tristar Hotel Group.
It will be the eighth development under IHG?s MDA agreement with Tristar.
The 119-room property is scheduled to open in late 2017.
