Choice Hotels expands European portfolio
1Franchise group Choice Hotels is expanding its European presence by opening 11 properties in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Italy.
Five of the new hotels are in the UK and include Comfort Inn Manchester North, the first Choice brand hotel in the city.
Others recently added are Quality Hotel Birmingham NEC, Quality Hotel Wolverhampton, Clarion Collection Hotel Buckerell Lodge in Exeter and Clarion Collection Hotel Richmond Gate.
Dublin?s Gibson Hotel also joined Choice?s Ascend Hotel Collection, a portfolio of independent boutique-style hotels.
Comfort Inn Westminster, located in London?s Belgravia area, joins the network this month to become Choice Hotel?s 19th property in the capital.
Three new hotels in France are the Quality Hotel du Golf Montpellier Juvignac, the 66-room Quality Hotel Dunkerque and Comfort Hotel Paris Est Saint-Maur, which?sits on the bank of the River Marne, 30 minutes from central Paris.
The 100-room Quality Hotel Green Palace Rome has become the seventh Choice Hotels property in the Italian capital.
