Choice Hotels International appoints Maria C. Uy as vice president, treasurer.

Uy will provide strategic insight to the executive team and board of directors on financial matters, as well as design and oversee optimal domestic and international treasury operations to ultimately maximise growth and shareholder value.
Uy will report directly to Scott Oaksmith, senior vice president, finance and chief accounting officer.
Uy brings nearly 20 years of corporate treasury experience to Choice Hotels.
