CSM Lodging names Jennifer Shepard GM of ExecuStay Division
CSM Lodging, a division of CSM Corporation, has named Jennifer Shepard general manager – ExecuStay? for the hospitality management and ownership company. In this position, Ms. Shepard will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CSM?s ExecuStay corporate housing business. Bill Upshaw, president of CSM Lodging, made the announcement.

Jennifer Shepard was previously community manager for CSM Corporation, responsible for leasing and property-budget management and marketing. She has also served the company in the roles of assistant manager and leasing consultant.
Ms. Shepard is a graduate of the University of New Haven where she earned her Master?s Degree in Forensic Science, and of Hamline University where she received her Bachelor?s Degree in Criminal Justice and German. Last year Ms. Shepard was CSM Corporation?s Residential Manager Key Contributor of the Year. She resides in Hanover, Minnesota.
