The Dutch hospitality industry – which includes hotels, bars, restaurants, cafes and snack bars – experienced a 5.7% increase in sales in 2015, the highest increase in 15 years.
Sales have been steadily rising across the sector since 2013, according to figures released by by the national statistics office.
