EURO 2016 hospitality sales request for proposal
UEFA is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for the official hospitality sales rights for UEFA EURO 2016 in all territories worldwide, with the exception of host country France.
At UEFA EURO 2016, the UEFA hospitality programme will offer its clients premium packages, including the best match tickets, together with dedicated first-class hospitality areas, fine dining, preferential parking and additional services. All hospitality packages will be available globally to corporate entities and individual purchasers.
UEFA’s key objective with this RFP is to appoint qualified and experienced agencies to help promote and market official corporate hospitality packages. Interested companies must contact UEFA by 20 December 2013, and submit their proposals by 10 February 2014.
Hospitality agents will be required to indicate in their proposals the territories in which they wish to acquire these rights, and those in which they wish to be appointed on an exclusive basis.
