Finland Express (FIX) ? Introducing a new Service

Hapag-Lloyd announces new complementary Finland Service.

We are pleased to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will launch the Finland Express (FIX), a new complementary service, directly connecting German Hubs with ports in the Gulf of Finland as well as Gulf of Bothnia.

Starting end of March / beginning of April 2013, we intend to operate this fixed day weekly service with two vessels covering following rotation:
Bremerhaven, Hamburg, ports surrounding St. Petersburg area, Kotka, Rauma, and Gaevle.

In addition to our existing network, the Finland Express (FIX) will further extend our port coverage in the Baltic, offering a reliable connection for your cargo with our comprehensive and global mainliner service network at German Hub ports.

Furthermore it expands our opportunities to cater for your Short-Sea shipment requirements at first hand.

In combination with the Russia Express (REX), the FIX will provide a second weekly sailing to and from Russian as well as Finnish main ports for your valued business.
