Hapag-Lloyd informs about the below void sailings as part of the vessel maintenance scheme

We would like to inform you about the below void sailings as part of the vessel maintenance scheme:

In addition to the above and under consideration of the forecasted lack of improvements in the market environment in the Asia-Europe trade, the members of the G6 Alliance have decided to temporarily suspend their Loop 3 service between the Far East and Europe until further notice.

The last sailing for Loop 3 will be ?OOCL Hamburg? (voyage 14w40) departing from Shanghai on October 6, 2012.

All ports will be covered by other services, Gothenburg will be served by feeder arrangement.

Hapag-Lloyd will continue offering a variety of services between the Far East and Europe covering all major port pairs with weekly sailings. The market environment will be closely monitored for the resumption of the Loop 3 service accordingly.

The Merchant is responsible for all necessary clearances and licenses (as per Clause 12 Hapag-Lloyd Bill of Lading/Sea Waybill Terms and Conditions).
