German H-Hotels to partner with Wyndham for exclusive sales alliance - Franchise contract for Ramada brand replaced

Wyndham’s franchise partner for Ramada brand in Germany, H-Hotels group, is to replace the long-year contract as a strategic sales and marketing agreement. All 34 Ramada hotels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be rebranded as Hyperion, H4 or H+ hotels of H-Hotels.

Wyndham Hotel Group has an interest to cooperate with the expanding German group for the next years, it was reported. In the last year, H-Hotels developed it’s own brands, i.e. latest upscale hotel concept Hyperion or low budget Hostel brand. Details for the sales and marketing contract in terms of CRS, GDS, GSA and corporate clients are in negotiation.
