Germany's primus Novum Hotels expand in Europe

Germany’s booming hotel chain Novum licks its fingers for interesting locations in whole Europe. With a first-class resort wit 245 rooms near the city center of Amsterdam, the next international hotel project is under construction. Opening is scheduled for 2019.
David Etmenan, Owner and CEO of Novum Hotels, tagets the next location. In Hungary’s capital Budapest, a new-built first-class hotel is in planning.
In Germany the family-driven hotel group now count 81 hotels with more than 7,500 rooms and over 1,000 staff members. Until 2020 the number of hotels in Europe will reach 150. Back-up of the expansion plans are franchise agreements.

1 Novum Select Hotel City Harbour Amsterdam

The Novum Select Hotel City Harbour Amsterdam will be built at the Cruquiuseiland, directly next to the inner city. In addition, there are numerous facilities planned, like a Serviced Apartment house (operated by the Short Stay Group) and a marina with 200 berths for yachts as well as a two-floor underground car park. The Dutch HBB Group is the project developer. No data regarding the level of investments were disclosed.
