As part of the Hilton reservations and customer care team, the new reservation sales specialist positions will provide the first experience of Hilton hospitality for guests with travel or reservation-related questions.

Hilton was today ranked #21 on FlexJobs’ list of “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2018.” Hilton is the only hospitality company ranked in the top 25, and was recognized by FlexJobs because of the number of available remote positions and the company’s telecommuting friendly policies.

The expansion of Hilton’s work-from-home career program is part of the company’s commitment to being a great place to work for all employees. Remote reservations sales specialists receive some of Hilton’s industry-leading benefits and access to professional development programs including Thrive@Hilton and Hilton University. The positions are ideal for people more prone to geographic moves, such as military spouses, retirees and college students, as well as others in need of flexible work schedules and the ability to earn an income remotely.

Hilton’s help desk support coordinator, Victoria Brady, has been a military spouse for 16 years and previously struggled to find work when relocating for her husband’s job: “I am so grateful that I joined the Hilton family four years ago as a reservations sales specialist. Being able to work remotely for a company that truly cares about its employees has helped me to continue to grow my career while my husband advances his – no matter where we are stationed. Hilton’s remote career program has helped me and hundreds of other military families strike the right work-life balance thanks to the flexibility the company and the roles provide.”
