Hilton signs Al Jubail Garden Inn

1Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Faisal Al-Ansari Contracting to introduce a Hilton Garden Inn hotel to Al Jubail in Saudi Arabia.

Located in the industrial heartland of KSA?s Eastern Province on the Arabia Sea, the new-build 125-room Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail will enjoy a prime site on the developing Al Jubail Corniche.

The hotel, set to open in 2016, will mark the fifth of Hilton?s mid-range Garden Inn properties in Saudi Arabia, with The Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk set to open later this year.

The other two Garden Inns are planned for 2015 in Riyadh, the 260-room Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Financial District and Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh and the 196-room AL Muroj. The Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Andalusia will add 130 rooms to the capital, with an opening date still to be confirmed.

Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail will feature a fitness centre, an outdoor pool and the, three boardrooms, a multi-purpose meeting room, a business centre and the customary complimentary wifi. Dining options will include a garden lounge and an all-day dining area.
