Hotel Lotte to list ?as soon as possible?

Lotte Group chairman Shin Dong-bin says the South Korean conglomerate will seek to list the Hotel Lotte ?as early as possible.?
Politicians and activists have criticised Lotte for its opaque holding structure, which ultimately leads back to various unlisted Japanese firms that have no obligation to disclose their shareholders.
If listed, industry analysts expect Hotel Lotte?s market value to reach around 7 trillion won (US$6 billion) to 10 trillion won.
