Sereno Hotels has acquired an Italian estate with a long-term lease, close to their current Lake Como property. Villa Pliniana, an Italian palazzo, sits on the waterfront of Lake Como.
The Managing Director of the four Sereno Hotels properties, Samy Ghachem will oversee the Villa Pliniana.
