1Jacques Brune, originally hailing from France, has a rich background in the hotel industry with an international career spanning work in France, England, Bulgaria and Turkey. He has amassed more than 28 years working in the hospitality industry, 25 years of which were for Hilton Worldwide, as he joined in 1991.
Always looking for a challenging new project, Brune is now in Mauritius for a new work experience but also to share his knowledge and expertise.Jacques Brune is the successor of Dominique Dmytryszyn, who has worked for Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa for the last five years.
