Kerzner International Holdings Ltd., builder of Atlantis resorts in the Bahamas and Dubai, formed a partnership to construct?1?s first One & Only resort.
Kerzner, based in the Bahamas, joined with Al Khozama Management Co. and Saudi Oger Ltd. to build the project north of Jeddah on the?1, the companies said in a statement today. The resort is designed to include 150 rooms, suites and villas as well as restaurants, meeting rooms and a spa on 95,000 square meters (23.5 acres) of land.
