Kimpton Hotel set for Paris

InterContinental Hotels Group announces plans to open the first Kimpton hotel in Paris. Located near the famous Paris Opéra, the hotel is set to open in 2020.
The building will be fully transformed with Kimpton’s signature “bold and playful design” to feature 149 guestrooms including 27 suites.

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, acquired by IHG in January 2015, is known for its innovative design and personal approach to guest service, “using thoughtful perks and amenities, and a sense of delight, to make guests feel truly at home”.

The Kimpton Paris is the second Kimpton hotel to be signed in Europe, following shortly after the announcement that the brand was going global with the signing of a hotel in Amsterdam. There are currently 62 managed Kimpton hotels in the US (11,153 rooms) and a further 18 (3,450 rooms) in the pipeline. Kimpton also runs 76 destination restaurants and bars.
