Meliá Hotels International announces its fourth hotel in Malaysia, the 250-room Meliá Melaka.

Its is scheduled to open in 2020.
CEO Gabriel Escarrer said the company will operate around 40 hotels in Asia Pacific by 2020, which will more than quintuple the portfolio it had in 2010.
