Sonnenblick-Eichner Company announces that it has arranged $27 million first mortgage financing for the 167-room Cedarbrook Lodge.
Located on seven acres of restored natural wetlands and less than two miles from SeaTac International Airport, the amenities include over 17,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space and a 1,600-square-foot fitness center. The hotel is home to “The Spa” and the award-winning Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar.
