New hotel for JFK Airport

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey selects MCR Development and JetBlue Airways to renovate the Trans World Airlines terminal at John F Kennedy Airport into a hotel complex.
The US$265 million project will involve a 505-room hotel, which is expected to have a 10,000 square feet observation deck and restaurants, as well as a spa, according to New York governor Andrew Cuomo.
