The former Hilton Hotel in Longboat Key in the Gulf of Mexico will be rebranded as the Key Zota Beach Resort. The 187 room beachfront property is scheduled to open in 2016.
The resort will feature an 84-room tower in addition to the 103 renovated rooms.
