For Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper it will be the first property in South America – in the Wall Street District of Sao Paulo, a retreat with residence and fine-dining restaurant is in development. Details aren’t disclosed yet.

The 15.000 sq.m. property will feature a roof-top lounge, pool and health centre. The residences will be sold by Address Consulting. After Nobu Residences Toronto it will be the second condominium project for Nobu Hospitality.
Next year, Nobu plans to open four new properties in Los Cabos, Chicago, Toronto and Barcelona. 2019 an opening in Bahrain is scheduled.
