Novum Group breaks record with 100 hotels - First Staybridge Suites serviced apartments come to Germany

1Fast expanding German hotel group Novum breaks it’s own record announcing project No. 100. A Indigo hotel and Staybridge Suites, first serviced apartment house of its kind, will open end of 2018 in the financial city centre of Frankfurt.

Novum is franchise partner of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and plans to develop 20 hotel projects all over Europe. For the double development project beneath to the Holiday Inn Frankfurt Alte Oper, developer Gerchgroup will invest 210 millionen Euro.

Private held Novum Group – CEO and owner is David Etmenan – expand faster with new franchise partners IHG and AccorHotels. Latest highlights are the re-opening of the tradition first-class hotel ‘Handeslhof’ in the German industrial metropole of Essen in November complete renovation of the former Columbia hotel in Russelsheim near Frankfurt and development of a new city resort with marina in Amsterdam (opening in 2019).
